This Letter of Guarantee warrants that all deliveries of products purchased by Can Am Ingredients conform to the requirements of the Federal Food and Drug Act and that the packaging material is approved for this use by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
We further stipulate that all materials/products supplied by Can Am Ingredients are manufactured, stored and transported under conditions that prevent the contamination and/or proliferation of:
Can Am Ingredients requires that all analytical and microbiological testing on representative samples of lots shipped to you are conducted by standard AOAC, HPB or Food Chemicals Codex methodology, and, a certificate of analysis will accompany all batches shipped.
All products supplied by Can Am Ingredients are clearly labeled including the manufactures name and address, product name and code, batch numbers, unit weight, usage and ingredients listing. In the event of changes by the manufacturers (processing, formulation, etc.) we immediately notify our customers.
